Since I have gotten this thermometer, I have used it more times than I could have imagined. I always relied on gut instinct for certain foods, but questioned that instinct for others. It's accurate, easy to keep clean, and almost impossible to lose in a drawer or where I keep my knives (Big Red!). I love how it's waterproof, as I have left it in the rain after grilling before.
