When Placing an Order, Part Numbers are Everything
Telling the Customer Service Representative that you want “those brown boots that you guys carry” isn’t enough to identify your intended product when there may be multiple options available. While describing the appearance of a particular item does help narrow down the options, nothing is more useful than referencing Bunzl’s own item numbers. These codes can be found in both our Buyer’s Guide or on each product’s webpage online, along with product photos and detailed descriptions to ensure you’ve found the correct item. Don’t have a Buyer’s Guide? No problem! Simply request a copy, and we’ll be happy to send one to you – completely free of charge!
