Nice Light Knife Good for more than Bread Review by Capt WaltPrice Quality Value Victorinox Bread Knifes first task was to cut a Roast Beef, Yes its made for Bread, but if you want to make a sandwich you need to cut the Roast as well as the Bread. It also made short work of Tomatoes which can get very Squishy if your knife is not sharp. This knife sliced right thru then and did fine spreading the fresh horseradish that was grated off the root using the serrations. Its Versatile! Everyone should have one in their Kitchen and also on their boats and camps. Just be careful as it is Wicked Sharp! (Posted on 2/28/2020)
