- Boning knives are designed for both diagonal and dagger positions - eliminating the need to shift the grip on the knife.
- Blade memory allows knife blade to return to its original position when it bends or twists during the cutting process.
- G-grip is made of polyamide with a microblasted structure for optimum friction.
- G1-grip has a handle with finger grips made of polyamide with a microblasted structure for optimum friction.
- E-grip has a double-moulded rubber handle with an etched surface, good for wet conditions.

Good knives Review by Dani93435Price Quality Value I have used many of the rosewood handled knives throughout the years. They are easy to keep an edge on and last. The only issue I have had with them is I won one from Bunzl through their freebie Friday giveaway and the manufacturer of the knives must have missed the fact that the blade was not fit into the handle well, and there is about a 1/8 inch gap on either side of the blade where it meets the handle making the blade loose, and gaps for stuff to get stuck in.
