Description	Certified precision instrument used to calibrate both digital and bi-metal thermometers. Glass body with gradations and numbers that will not fade or scratch. Mercury is encapsulated with Teflon to contain the mercury in case of breakage, making it safe for use around food. 33452521 has mercury and yellow backing. 334512301 contains NO mercury and has white/blue backing. Certified at 32, 122 and 212 F; ranges: 0 F with 1 divisions. NIST traceable certificate of calibration with each thermometer. Black, plush-lined protective carrying case included with item number 33452521.
