Description Cart is designed to hold equipment and store platters.
- Retractable shelf can hold 18'' x 26'' or 9'' x 26'' platters or pans while slicing meats, making this the ideal prep cart.
- Holds up to 6 platters (sold separately).
- Base is constructed of 1-1/2'' x 1-1/2'' x .070'' wall tubing.
- Top framework is constructed of 1-1/2'' x 1-1/2'' x .070'' wall tubing.
- Angle runners are constructed out of 1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'' x .100'' angle.
- Easy glide angle runners make sliding platters in and out an easy task.
- The top and retractable shelf are constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel.
- Top has built-in I-beam constructed of 1-1/2'' x 1-1/2'' wall tubing, down center of unit for extra support.
- Includes four 5'' platform type swivel casters with sealed bearings, all have brakes.
