I had gone through 3 in a noticeably short time. I went to the production floor each day for a week, and I noticed they were plugged in and had little to no water in them. This kills the heater. I put the QA team in charge of these to ensure they were full at break and lunch time. And to unplug them at the end of the day.. i have only had to replace one in the last 6 months. I've gone through 2 of these in 6 months. The work well when they work, but they don't seem to last.

These elements are ok but the cord wears very easily, especially at the cord/box junction. They do keep the water hot though. (Posted on 4/18/2017)

We're exploring the quality malfunction with the product manufacturer and as of this time, we've replaced the heaters in question. (Posted on 4/13/2017)

I keep having to purchase these heaters I go through about 4 a month. For some reason the gaskets are not good and water gets in the unit causing them to burn out. These aren't cheap price wise and the issue needs to be resolved or have some kind of at least 90 day warranty. (Posted on 4/11/2017)
