I ordered a light fixture around November. I received the Globe instead of the light fixture.It took me weeks to get a hold of the company to get the correct item. I managed to ship it back and I'm still waiting for my item. I sent emails and tried calling to which I have not received an email nor a call back which shows very bad customer service .I need my item to fix my restaurants walk in fixture in order to pass inspection but due to this companies neglect it was too late and I have been fined. I did ordered it in advance to not get fined.
