Accurate +/- 2 F/1 C. 4.5'' stem length with reduced tip for delicate products and quick ( Auto off after 10 minutes of non-use. Includes yellow, anti-microbial casing and sleeve. Dishwasher safe. Maximum and minimum temperature memory, plus hold mode. NSF certified. 1.5v battery included. Replacement battery available.
