Description XBW Soles Only Automated Boot Washing Station scrubs and sanitizes the soles of boots and shoes, and is specifically designed for high throughput for a wide range of employee footwear types.
- This system continuously applies a strong sanitizing solution to soles using a series of high-pressure nozzle jets and spinning brushes.
- This easy-to-install, CIP friendly system fits into tight spaces at food processing plants and prevents cross-contamination from footwear.
- Cycle Activation: photoeye operational, bidirectional.
- Water Consumption: 0.3 gallons at an 8-second cycle.
- Plumbing Inlet: 3/4-inch male garden hose, minimum 4 GPM, 100° F Max 40-50 PSI maximum, cold line (system equipped with a pressure regulator).
- Drain: 2" MNPT drain pipe. Floor drain required.
- Solution Storage: 1, 5-gallon sanitizing chemical container.
