Description The Wishbone smokestick is by far the strongest smoke stick on the market with the rigid heavy wall backbone/spine.
- Made of primary aluminum, not recycled.
- The stick is designed with smooth easy clean inside radius and three spoke shape that allows water to drain no matter what side the stick is laying on. Very important when sanitizing!
- Easy to clean.
- Length: 42 inches
- The back bone is 11/64” (almost 3/8”) very strong.
- The 42” long version can hold 180# of product. (weight capacity of 180 lbs. for the 42” wishbone smoke stick, at which it will deflect approx. 0.5”).
