Made of recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel, the blade is hardened by deep refrigeration at -80 degrees. The Pro-Grip handle is made of hard molded textured rubber for an enhanced non-slip grip. The P-Grip handle is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene which provides a rough, durable grip.
