Description Store, transport and prep up to 30'' long deli platters. - Designed to hold 12'' wide platters on 1-5/8'' angles with built-in easy slide ribs.
- All aluminum - will not rust.
- Framework is constructed of 1'' x 1'' x .070'' wall tubing. Angle runners are constructed of 1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'' x .100'' wall angle.
- Uprights are reinforced with a channel to help prevent breakage from the stem casters.
- Built-in easy slide ribs allow platters to glide smoothly.
- Includes four 5'' swivel stem casters, 2 with brakes.
