Beware of purchasing the M-70 Series Bronze Spray Nozzle! Amazon is great BUT this product is terrible. I ordered this product for fathers day for my husband, June 2021, and we have had nothing but problems. We contacted the Strahman Group (which is the manufacturer and they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS). We sent this nozzle back January 2023 (only had it 1 1/2 years) because it leaked awful and just was not working properly. This is NOT a cheap nozzle! They were reluctant and after pushing and complaining , they sent us a new one. Fast forward to now, February 2024, only a year later, we had the same exact problem and they WILL NOT stand behind their product. They keep telling us not to leave the nozzle out in the weather. OMG, who leaves their nozzle outside? EVERYONE! We live in GA and the temps are nothing like other states but that was their answer and they said they will not replace or stand behind their product. My brother has one just like this nozzle, and has had it for 25 years, so this tells us this Company has cheapen how they manufacture this product. Save yourself the anger and headache of buying this product or doing business with this Company.
