Poor service Review by Unhappy CustomerPrice Quality Value I placed an order with Bunzl for brooms and received the wrong product. I contacted customer service, left several messages and emailed several people. I was ignored by everyone until a month later when they finally responded to me and acted like they were doing me a favor taking the product back. I also had to pay to ship the product back that they made the mistake of sending wrong in the first place. I did some more research after this incident and found many bad reviews from other customers and employees that work there. Deeply unsatisfied with this company and the way they treat customer and employees.
