These food safety tools are quick, accurate and easy-to-read, featuring on/off buttons, large LCD displays and easy battery replacement. Each thermometer comes equipped with a pocket clip sheath to protect a heavy-duty, stainless-steel probe when not in use, and allows for easy, hands-free transport. Batteries are included, and each thermometer comes pre-calibrated to +/- 2°F accuracy for quick and easy use right out of the box.
