This led to the purchase of our first pouch machine, which was fitted with a Bell-Mark printing assembly for safe handling and custom printing per customer request. Due to high demand, a second machine was purchased 3 years later, and is the workhorse of our pouch department, producing over one million bags a week! For 30 years, our team, including the 2 original operators from our very first pouch production facility, has manufactured over 200,000 Clarity™ Vacuum Pouches in-house every day at our Riverside, MO location, providing our customers with high-quality, Made-in-the-USA packaging solutions for their product. We are proud to provide over 100 vacuum pouch sizes for stock inventory, and many hundreds of custom pouch sizes in a variety of thicknesses and barriers. BPD is also proud to be the exclusive distributor of Clarity™ pouches, so if it has the Clarity™ name, you can enjoy ease of mind that your pouches are coming from a verified source, helping us to guarantee their superior quality.
